100 g light brown sugar
250 ml soymilk
4 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cloves
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup margarine (vegan)
1/2 cup almonds, finely chopped
1 cup raisins
3/4 currants
1 cup mixed peel, chopped
225 g marzipan
olive oil, for finishing
icing sugar, for dusting
