INGREDIENTS
6 medium (about 2 pounds) red or Yukon Gold potatoes (use potatoes that are around the same size)
6 slices of thick-cut bacon
3/4 cup diced sweet or red onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Dash ground black pepper
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
Fresh chopped parsley
