INGREDIENTS
1-2 tsp. Edora schnitzel and chop seasoning (http://www.germandeli.com/edoraspices6.html) If you can't find this, use a mixture of Seasoned Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup flour (or more depending on how many scallopines you have)
1 pkg pork scallopines (thinly sliced pork pieces available at most grocery stores)
1-2 cups crushed corn flakes (or corn flake crumbs)
1-2 eggs, beaten with a tablespoon of cold water
