1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup sauerkraut
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup water
2 tsp sugar
1 .25-ounce packet yeast
2 cups milk
2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
5 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus extra for flouring
