2 cups flour

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

4 cups peeled, thinly sliced Granny Smith apples

Frosting
•
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
•
3 tbsp melted butter
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
•
Mix ingredients until smooth. Add a little milk if frosting is too thick. Frost the cake when cool
