2 chilies, remove the seeds and slice into 3cm length way

1 t rice wine

•
1 egg beaten and only use half amount
•
2 t potato starch or corn flour
•
1 t oil (sunflower or olive oil)
•
Seasoning
•
1.5 T ketchup
•
1.5 t sugar
•
1 T soy sauce
•
1 t rice wine
•
1 t water
•
1/2 t rice vinegar
