1/4 cup scallion, chopped fine

1/2 cup cucumber; peeled, de-seeded, chopped very fine

1 Tablespoon cilantro
•
1/4 teaspoon cumin, sea salt and hot sauce
•
fresh ground black pepper to taste

1/2 cup stale bread, toasted chopped fine

1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
