8 ounces rotini Pasta
4 bulbs roasted garlic
¾ cup chicken stock or broth
4 ounces parmesan Cheese (about 1¼ cups finely grated)
½ cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon dried parsely (optional)
8 ounces fresh spinach (optional)
