1 large shallot (or 1/4 medium onion, chopped)
4 cloves garlic (chopped, about 1 Tbsp minced garlic)
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes ((optional))
1 large lemon ((about 2Tbsp lemon juice + 1 Tbsp zest))
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 medium tomato (diced)
2 tablespoons finely chopped basil or parsley
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
