INGREDIENTS
1.5 lbs shrimp 24/30 per pound. If frozen, thawed.
1 lb asparagus ends snapped and rinsed for freshness
Lemon Garlic Butter Mixture
3 tbsp melted butter substitute ghee or olive oil if you're on the whole30 diet
1 tbsp fresh chopped garlic
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 large lemon, juiced
1 large lemon, sliced for topping see pictures for example
