Ingredients: 1/2 a medium white cabbage; 4 cloves of garlic, minced; 1 Tblsp oil; 2 Tblsp BBQ Sauce (if it is not sweet, add 2 tsp of honey also); 1 onion. sliced (optional); handful of mushrooms, sliced (optional); salt & pepper
