1 head of garlic, peeled and thinly sliced

1/3 cup coconut aminos or gluten free soy sauce

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme (or 3/4 teaspoon dried)
