Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature (I use salted butter.); 1/2 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed; 1/4 cup granulated sugar; 1 large egg; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour Note: for best results measure your flour by first fluffling it up, then scoop, and level off the cup with the edge of a knife.; 1 cup white chocolate chips; 1/4 cup colored sprinkles
