1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup pure maple syrup (or raw honey)

zest of an orange

1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dried apricots (or other dried fruit you have on hand), roughly chopped

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
