2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup boiling water

Filling:
•
2 cups heavy cream, COLD
•
1/2 cup powdered sugar
•
15 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
Fudge frosting:
•
2 sticks butter, slightly softened
•
1/2 cup Special Dark cocoa powder
•
3 cups powdered sugar
•
1 tsp vanilla
•
4 TBS hot water
