200 g/7 ounce bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

150 g (1 1/3 sticks) unsalted butter, cut into pieces

3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar

3 large eggs

2/3 cup (90g) all-purpose flour, sifted
