Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar; 2/3 cup evaporated milk (not fat-free); 2 Tbsp butter; 1/4 + 1/8 tsp salt; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips; 2 cups mini marshmallows; 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
