Ingredients For fruity cheese balls

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • one 6-oz. pkg. cut-up dried fruit and raisins

How To Make fruity cheese balls

    With mixer or food processor, beat or process cheeses and honey until light and smooth. Stir in 1 cup dried fruits. Wrap and chill until firm enough to shape. Divide in half and shape into 2 balls. Press remaining fruit on tops for garnish. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Keeps well in refrigerator for two weeks. For easier spreading, let stand at room temperature for at least an hour before serving.
