INGREDIENTS
Crepes:
300mL (1¼ cups) milk
2 eggs
30mL (2 tbsp) melted butter
250mL (1 cup) All Purpose Flour
pinch salt
50mL (¼ cup) sugar
butter for greasing pan
Fruit Filling:
500g (1 bag) Europe’s Best® Fruit Essentials TM/MC Berry Cherry Medley, frozen
50mL (¼ cup) sugar
125mL (½ cup) berry juice such as cranberry, blueberry, etc.
22mL (1 ½ tbsp) cornstarch
30mL (2 tbsp) water
Cheese Filling:
250mL (1 cup) cottage cheese
•50mL (¼ cup) plain yogurt
50mL (¼ cup) brown sugar
5mL (1 tsp) vanilla
Sliced toasted almonds for garnish, optional
