3 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tsp lemon juice

For the salad:

4 cups chopped apples (see cook’s notes below)

2 cups seedless grapes, halved
•
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained really well)
•
1 cup walnuts
•
1/3 cup raisins (optional)
