1/4 cup sour cream

3 eggs, lightly beaten, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup fresh fruit tossed with 1 tablespoon sugar (Any fruit of your choice that are not too juicy, I used sliced nectarine and blackberry)
