2 cups buttermilk
1 Tbs. Cajun seasoning
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. garlic powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Lemon wedges, for serving
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbs. horseradish (fresh or prepared); more to taste
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Hot sauce to taste
