For the Cheesy Marinara Sauce:

1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
•
1/2 onion, minced
•
2 large cloves garlic, minced
•
1/2 tsp salt
•
1/4 tsp red pepper flake
•
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup grated pecorino romano cheese
