FRIED POTATO BREAKFAST BOWL - The Southern Lady Cooks

"This recipe of Fried Potato Breakfast Bowl is about my favorite breakfast ever. I have this a couple times a week.  I love this recipe and it's easy...."

INGREDIENTS
5 or 6 large potatoes (peeled and chopped into bite size pieces)
1 to 1 1/2 cups flour (can use all-purpose or self-rising)
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 4 ounce can green chilies, drained
hot sauce to taste
1/2 cup cooking oil
