4 large egg yolks
1/3 C granulated sugar
1 C all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 C whole milk
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp melted butter
3 Peaches (cut into eights)
2 Tbsp Flour (for dusting)
½ c sugar
½ tbsp cinnamon
