1 C. milk

•
1 tsp. cornstarch
•
1 tsp. paprika
•
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
•
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
•
1/2 tsp. salt
•
1 tsp. pepper
•
Oil for frying
•
Dipping Sauce
•
1/2 C. Mayo
•
1/4 C. Ketchup
•
1 T. prepared horseradish
•
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
•
Whisk all ingredients above well, keep refrigerated until ready to use.
