1 cup Shredded Cabbage
14 ounces, weight Package Of Small Won Ton Wrappers (you Probably Won't Use Them All)
Oil, For Frying
FOR AN OPTIONAL DIPPING SAUCE:
4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Chinese Red Rice Vinegar (NOT Red Wine Vinegar)
2 teaspoons Ginger, Minced
2 teaspoons Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Chopped, Or Chopped Green Onion
