1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (grated)
1 recipe cherry tomato marinara (recipe above, 2 cups)
1/2 pound fresh mozzarella (cut into small cubes)

PEPPER GRAVY:
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/4 cups whole milk (warmed)
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Kosher salt (to taste)
