Fried Cajun Chicken Tenders

"Get spicy with cajun chicken tenders fried up golden and crispy but still juicy. Put any box to shame with this version you can make in 45 minutes or less...."

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in to 1" thick strips)
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (gluten free flour blend works too)
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning (*see notes)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon water
3 cups refined coconut oil (for frying (you may also use another high heat oil of your choice) )
