1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¾ cup (or 1-1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs at room temperature
1-1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 (6 oz or 170 g) container vanilla or plain yogurt
