1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•

•
3/4 cup fresh pureed strawberries (about 1 1/2 cups whole ripe berries) (or sliced frozen strawberries in syrup)

3/4 cup full fat buttermilk
•
4-8 drops red food coloring, optional ((I used 4 drops))

8 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
•
1/2 cup unsalted butter, (softened)

1/4 cup strawberry jam
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4-6 cups powdered sugar
•
1 pinch of salt
•
