Fresh Salsa Recipe

INGREDIENTS
*1 1/2 cups of freshly roasted corn ( Roughly 2 cobs of corn just lightly roasted on the gril and then sliced off the cob)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
2 ripe but firm avocados, pitted and diced
One 15.5-ounce can black beans, drained
1/2 medium red onion, diced
1 1/2 teaspoon honey ( Agave syrup works well too)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Juice of 2 limes
1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
Pinch cayenne pepper
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper ( I add a dash of each but adjust it to your taste)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 Scallions, finely chopped
