1 lb lean ground pork
1 shallot – finely minced
3 tablespoons fish sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup fish sauce
¼ cup water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
juice of one lime
1 tablespoon sugar
1 clove garlic – grated
½ tablespoon chili garlic paste
