Ingredients For fresh plum sauce

  • 3 lg. ripe plums
  • 2 Tbs. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. lemon or lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

How To Make fresh plum sauce

    Slice plums in blender or food processor. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla; process until smooth (sauce will have flecks of plum skins). Serve at once over ice cream, pudding or plain cake. If desired, slice plums and toss with remaining ingredients until syrup forms. Serve over cottage cheese.
