- 1/2 C. sugar
- 3 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 4 C. cranberry juice
- 4 peaches or nectarines or 2 of each, sliced
- 4 plums, pitted, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced thin
How To Make fresh peach and plum soup

Step 1In a large saucepan mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, cloves and cranberry juice. Bring to a boil, stirring; boil 1 minute. Reduce heat. Add peaches, plums and lemon; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until fruit is just tender. Serve hot or well chilled. If desired, garnish with sour cream.
