Fresh Peach and Nut Cake or Cobbler
"Cake or cobbler depends who eats it! I just bought a bunch of the juiciest peaches! Eat a couple then came up with this sweet, fragrant, doughy cake. I used walnuts but pecans would be great too. This is easy to bring for picnics just bake it in a foil pan. I leave the skin on the peaches for the nutrition. But you can peel them but it real is good with the skin...."
INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon butter

1 cup sugar
•
2 1/2 cups flour
•
1 tablespoon baking powder
•
1 1/2 cups milk
•
1 egg
•
1 pinch salt
•
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
•
1/2 cup sugar
•
2 teaspoons cinnamon
•
4 large peaches, pitted and sliced into 10 slices each
•
1 tablespoon melted butter
