2-3 TBsp Herbes de Provence (mixture of dry herbs) (use any herbs you have)
½ tsp Instant Yeast
¼ tsp Salt
a pinch of sugar
¾ cup (150 ml) Lukewarm Water
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil (or any vegetable oil)
Melted Butter (to brush the top)
