2-3 TBsp Herbes de Provence (mixture of dry herbs) (use any herbs you have)

½ tsp Instant Yeast
•
¼ tsp Salt
•
a pinch of sugar
•
¾ cup (150 ml) Lukewarm Water
•
2-3 Tbsp Olive Oil (or any vegetable oil)
•
Melted Butter (to brush the top)
