Simple Steps on How to Freeze Bread Dough

Make dough according to the recipe
•
Let it rise once
•
Shape it how you want it; round, standard loaf, braided etc.
•
Freeze bread dough at a 0F for 1-2 hours until solid
•
Package dough in moisture-vapor proof freezer products, plastic freezer wrap and tin foil will work
•
Label with type of bread dough and the date
•
Use within 2-3 months
•
Let thaw and rise then bake per directions on recipe
