1 can (8.5-ounce) cut wax beans, drained
1 can (8.5-ounce) lima beans, drained
1 can (8.5-ounce) kidney beans, drained
½ cup thinly sliced red onion rings
½ cup chopped celery
¼ cup diced green pepper
Dressing
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
½ teaspoon sugar substitute
½ teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme)
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
¼ cup olive oil or canola oil
