"Simple to make, but FULL of flavor...."

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1 small white onion, chopped
2 (14.5 oz each) cans crushed tomatoes
1 cup enchilada sauce
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
12 6-inch flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
1 1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
