1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
6 tablespoons (96 g) almond butter
1/4 cup (80 g) Aunt Sue’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
2 medium-size ripe bananas (200 g / 1 cup)
1 cup (115 g) shredded carrots (about 2 medium-size carrots)
toasted coconut flakes (optional for topping)
4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-2 tablespoons milk
