FOR THE DOUGH:
1⁄2 tsp. active dry yeast
3 cups flour
1⁄4 tsp. salt
1⁄2 cup milk
1⁄2 cup vegetable oil, plus more for greasing sheet pan
FOR THE TOPPING:
1⁄4 cup green za'tar
1 tsp. ground sumac
6 tbsp. olive oil
