INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
2/3 cup warm buttermilk (105° to 115°F)
2 tablespoons warm water (105° to 115°F)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 envelope (or 1 scant tablespoon) active dry yeast
