INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. Szechuan or black peppercorns (10 ml)
8 whole star anise
6 whole cloves
2 tsp. whole fennel seeds (10 ml)
2 tsp. ground cinnamon (10 ml)
Two 3/4 pound pork tenderloins (350 grams) each
2 tbsp. Tamari soy sauce (25 ml)
1 tbsp. five spice powder (15 ml)
1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger (15 ml)
1 tbsp. peanut or canola oil (15 ml)
