1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/3 cups tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped (2 medium)
1 teaspoon C&H® Granulated Sugar
1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
1 tablespoon cold water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon additional parsley, snipped (garnish)
