INGREDIENTS
FOR THE RANCH
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup half and half
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dried or fresh dill
1 clove grated garlic
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
FOR THE SALAD
8 cups chopped lettuce or other salad greens
chopped salad mix-ins - about 2 tablespoons per person, choose any you like from the following
tomatoes
cucumber
radishes
celery
grated carrots
chopped avocado
diced onion
diced bell pepper, any color
sliced scallions
chopped fresh herbs
chopped nuts
grated or crumbled cheese
