INGREDIENTS
The person who posted the recipe used a unbaked pie crust and this is the recipe.
No Fail Crust
makes 2 crusts
2 1/2 cups flour
2 sticks cold butter, cut in pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup ice water, plus more if necessary
oven to 375
1 1/2 lb (750 g) fennel bulb, trimmed and sliced
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp chopped thyme
salt and pepper
6 oz (175g) Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1/2 (125 ml) cup milk
1/4 (60 ml) cup heavy cream
