INGREDIENTS
1 cup local Ontario whole milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup locally made unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch fine salt
2 tablespoons local whipping cream (optional)
Food colouring (optional)
1/2 cup locally made unsalted butter, softened 
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
3/4 cup local Ontario whole milk
Rainbow sprinkles, for topping
