2 Bunches or 1 cup of cleaned Purslane leaves

1 Tbl fresh Mint leaves, finely chopped

½ Cup Italian parsley leaves, finely chopped

3 to 4 cloves fresh Garlic, mashed

¼ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
•
Juice of 2 lemons

2 Tbls of Sumac

1 tsp Aleppo pepper flakes

Salt and Pepper to taste
