1 tsp peppermint extract [or flavor of choice]
•
½ tsp vanilla extract
•
1½ cups all-purpose flour
•
Chocolate dough:
•
1 stick plus 2 Tbsp (10 Tbsp total) unsalted butter, very soft
•
⅔ cup Sugar
•
1 large egg yolk
•
1 tsp peppermint extract
•
½ tsp vanilla extract
•
1½ cups all-purpose flour
•
Filling:
•
1 (7.5-oz) jar Marshmallow Fluff
•
1 cup crushed candy canes [or topper of choice]
•
(2 cups if making vanilla and chocolate dough)
